Warranty and support

New Dethleffs caravans include a two-year general and a six-year water ingress guarantee from the factory.

To maintain the warranty, annual servicing and a water ingress check needs to be carried out at an approved Dethleffs service centre. This can be undertaken within a six-month period either side of your caravan anniversary date.

We recommend you book your service with us at Central RV. Alternatively, servicing can also be carried out at any of the other approved Dethleffs service partners around New Zealand. (The fee for the annual service is consistent across all service centres.)
